From Stars.co.uk we ship across the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

If you'd like to receive your personalised star map in another country, you can order through our international sites:

This structure lets us guarantee faster delivery and a better service tailored to each market.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the product and destination, but orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days from order confirmation. This includes production of the personalised item and transit to your address.

The times given are estimates. During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) small delays may occur, which we'll communicate by email.

Shipping cost

Free delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.

Order tracking

When your order leaves the production centre, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a link to check its status. Your parcel is delivered by a local carrier such as Royal Mail, Evri or DPD, depending on the print centre.

Delivery issues

If the carrier fails to deliver the order and redelivery isn't arranged properly, write to us at info@stars.co.uk and we'll sort it out with you. If the parcel arrives damaged, see our Returns Policy.
