Where are orders shipped from?
We work with a network of production centres and your order is printed at the centre closest to you, to guarantee faster delivery.

Do you ship to my country?
From Stars.co.uk we ship across the United Kingdom.
If you need delivery to another country, visit our international sites: Estrellas.com (United States), Estrellas.es (Spain), Estrellas.com.mx (Mexico), Stelle.it (Italy), Sterne.de (Germany) and Sterne.at (Austria).
Where can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. You can follow the parcel on the carrier's website (Royal Mail, Evri or DPD, depending on the print centre).
Can I change the details of my star map?
If you've made a spelling mistake or need to edit your map's details, write to us as soon as possible at info@stars.co.uk.
- If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll happily update the details.
- Once in production, we can't stop or change the process.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you'd like to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately.
- If the order isn't in production yet, we can update your address.
- Once dispatched, changes depend on the carrier.
Can I cancel an order?
If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we can cancel or change it. Once it's in production, we can't.

Is there an invoice in the parcel?
No. There's nothing with a price inside the parcel — ideal if it's a gift.
If you need an invoice, just contact us and we'll email it to you.
My order arrived damaged. What are my options?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, here's what to do:
- Report the issue within 30 days of receiving your order by writing to info@stars.co.uk.
- Provide clear photos of the product and the packaging.
- Include your order number and a detailed description of the problem.
We'll offer you a free replacement or a full refund, as appropriate. See our Returns Policy for more details.
What size should I choose?
For a bedroom or shelf, 30 × 40 cm. For a living room or above a sofa, 50 × 70 cm. Prefer a square? Choose 30, 40 or 50 cm.
Can I see a preview before I pay?
Yes. You see your map as you design it in the designer, and a watermarked preview stays in your basket until you check out.
Does it work for anywhere in the world?
Yes. We calculate the exact sky from any point on the planet, using the exact coordinates of the place.
Is the star map accurate?
Yes. We use ESA's Hipparcos star catalogue, measured by its astrometry satellite. This lets us accurately recreate the position of the stars for the date, time and coordinates you give us.
